Severe Thunderstorm Watch Until 10 PM

The National Weather Service has extended a severe thunderstorm watch to include Washtenaw, Macomb, Oakland, Wayne and St. Clair Counties.

The watch is in effect until 10 p.m.

According to the NWS hazardous weather outlook, scattered thunderstorms are expected this evening. Damaging wind gusts, downpours and isolated hail storms are the primary threats with low potential for an isolated tornado.
