Rosemary J. Fosdick, 90, of Saline, Michigan passed away on Sunday, May 10, 2020 and is now with her Heavenly Father.
Rosemary (or "Sis" as she was known in the family), was born May 7, 1930 in Dearborn, Michigan, to Walter Scott Rae and Rosemary (Mills) Rae. On February 7, 1953, she married Harry E. Fosdick in Dearborn, Michigan. He survives.
Rosemary graduated from Eastern Michigan University as a teacher and taught First Grade students. Her primary occupation was that of a homemaker. She was a wonderful and loving mother who raised eight children. She is survived by her children, Mark (Lee Ann) Fosdick of Fowlerville, Scott (Patti) Fosdick of Saline, David (Wendy) Fosdick of Canton, Charles (Tracy) Fosdick of Saline, Sean (Karen) Fosdick of Chelsea, Kristine (Scott) Opland of Saline, Jonathan (Kelly) Fosdick of Belleville, and Stephen Fosdick of Milan. She is survived by 13 grandchildren, and four great-grandchildren. See is also survived by her sisters Catherine (Wayne) Bondy of Romeo, and Wallis (Ken) Grant of Queen Creek, AZ. Three other sisters predeceased her, Patricia Godette, Sally Schlogel, and Janet Ginley.
Rosemary was an avid reader and great knitter of many blankets for her children and grandchildren. She will be missed by her family and many friends.
