There were 12 real estate sales worth $3.3 million in the City of Saline in April, according to data on the city's website. There are likely a number of sales which have not yet been recorded.
Last year, there were 28 transactions worth a little more than $9 million in April.
In March, many sales were not added to the report by April 1. The final tally for 2020 March sales was about $3.1 million - down from $8.3 million last year. Last year's tally included a $1.9 million sale of the Tractor Supply building on Sage Court.
