Saline's varsity girls basketball team lost to Huron, 52-30, at Saline High School Tuesday.
Huron jumped to a 13-3 lead after the first quarter and led 25-11 at halftime.
Ella Stemmer led Saline with eight points and eight rebounds while Erin Reilly scored six points and had six rebounds.
Asia Lindsey scored four points and had two assists while Maddy Welch scored three points and had two blocks. Nicole Sweetland had seven rebounds with her two points. Brooke Bauer had five rebounds with her two points. Liz Sekerak scored three points and had three rebounds. Leeya Lawson and Kelsey Alexander each scored a point.

Wow! Just got an email saying my post pointing out that the Santa event is one of many family activities at the Rec Center and that the gentleman who hosts as Santa also teaches water aerobics and kid swim classes is flagged as offensive. Guess compliments and enthusiasm are not welcome at the Saline Post?
