City of Saline: No Safety Concerns With Rusty Colored Water

There have been reports of rusty colored water on the north side of the City of Saline. The Department of Public Works is flushing mains to remove the rusty water. There are no indication of a health concern, according to City Manager Todd Campbell.

There have also been concerns of low water pressure.

Campbell said the reason for the low water pressure the fire hydrant flushing the DPW is currently doing to resolve the rusty colored water.
