Thomas Paul Papak, age 59, passed away peacefully in the care of his family on Tuesday, December 26th, 2017. He was called home by our Heavenly Father after an 8-year courageous battle with MSA.
He was born October 3rd, 1958 in Detroit, Michigan as the youngest son to Edmund and Irene (Jablonski) Papak. He is survived by; his beloved wife of 28 years Linda (Keniston); his three sons, Michael, Luke and Alex; mother Irene, his granddaughter Arianna, his four older brothers Dave (Jackie), Don (Kathy), Gary (Denice) Robert (Betsy); and many dear cousins, nieces and nephews. Tom was preceded in death by his father, Edmund Papak.
A memorial service was held Saturday, January 6th. at the Saline First Assembly of God, 300 Old Creek Drive, Saline, MI 48176. Family received visitors at prior to the service. Interment followed at the Saline Oakwood Cemetery.

Disagree with Dillon's assessment of Girbach and relieved that Council voted otherwise regarding appointments.
Denial of maintenance is a bit of a canard.
Girbach and Dillon and many other were under the understanding that the most recent "study" of the feasibility of the Rec Center was exactly that. Instead, they were given a report that was nothing but a "if you build it, they will come" request for money.
Disagree with your assessments. That said, if you believe the process was flawed well . . . . perhaps, again, you should be looking at Girbach as he was involved in the process (don't know what, if any other Council members were).

Wondering what happened with Thorncest lawsuits brought against the previous owner and search for contacts with the new owners. Seems there was a court date set in November or December?
