Murder & Mayhem at Mangiamo OPENS FRIDAY
The Saline Area Players will perform Murder & Mayhem at Mangiamo, complete with a dinner buffet, at 7PM October 16 & 17 & 23 & 24, and 5 PM October 18 & 25 at Mangiamo Italian Grill, 107 W. Michigan Ave, Saline. Doors open 30 minutes before show time to allow for seating and cash bar. This interactive murder mystery takes place during the "Halloween party of the year," hosted by a group of college friends. During the night’s festivities, which will include a costume contest and games, someone dies a gruesome death. The audience must figure out who did it ... and how!
This original production is written and directed by Tami Hindes. Looking for a place to wear your Halloween costume? This is it. Guests are encouraged to come in costume to add to the fun, although this is not a requirement.
Seating is general admission at round tables. Dinner theater tickets are $40/person and include the show and dinner buffet (with vegetarian option), salad, bread, dessert, and non-alcoholic beverage. A cash bar will also be available. The event is on the second floor and accessible by stairs only. Tickets may ordered via the website: www.salineareaplayers.org. They are also available at Maureen’s Designs (cash or check), 101 S. Ann Arbor St, Saline, and Mangiamo Italian Grill. Patrons are encouraged to buy their tickets in advance as seating is limited, but walk-ins are welcome if seats are available. General questions and those related to special needs may be directed to Mayhem@salineareaplayers.org or by calling 734-429-9434.
The cast includes Pat Collins, Sara Honsowetz, Nancy Klein, Kyle Newmeyer, Brian Trippel and Joyce Williams.
The show is suitable for teens through adults and is an ideal way to usher in the Halloween spirit and have fun at the same time. Last year the show was sold out, so don't delay.
