Saline yard waste pickup

Again the City has failed to communicate timely and accurate information.  Newsletter said the yard waste pick up would start on 4/8/24. Webpage states 4/11/24 and then another page says 4/8 again. In reality, it started yesterday.  City blames Waste Management even though yard waste pick up has always started the first week of April.  Not the first FULL WEEK, the first week in April.  City Management is a disaster and it starts at the top.

This city is getting worse every quarter. Businesses downtown have left, city smells from the water plant, no fireworks , 3-4 year hotel project. Everybody loves the mayor, though.
