Hello neighbors.
I have been seeing a lot of cats in my backyard. We are near Willis and Moon. Cats are predators. They are said to be the #1 killer of birds. We are birders, and I worry the cats will kill the birds. We have a lot of birds and chipmunks in our backyard. Please keep your cats inside, especially if they are not spayed or neutered.
