Is it the homeowner’s responsibility to clear catch basins/storm drains? We have a corner lot and every time we get a decent rain the street floods. Is it my responsibility or the city’s to keep the streets clean? Do we not have a street sweeper? As a senior, going out in a storm to clear flooded drains is aggravating. Seems like city services are getting worse.
Storm drains clogged again. Streets are a mess. City doesn’t care. City manager, mayor and council are failing us. Vote accordingly
