Is it the homeowner’s responsibility to clear catch basins/storm drains? We have a corner lot and every time we get a decent rain the street floods. Is it my responsibility or the city’s to keep the streets clean? Do we not have a street sweeper? As a senior, going out in a storm to clear flooded drains is aggravating. Seems like city services are getting worse.

The Rec Center provides incredible value to members and visitors, innovating and offering a wide range of services and programs on a very limited budget. Pricing, even with the increase, is more than competitive. Love this place, the people who work there, and support the increase!
