Titled “Her Joyful Eye”, the Retrospective features an encompassing collection showcasing Mignonette Yin Cheng’s use of color, technique, and form to interpret the physical world.
Opening with a virtual preview on Saturday, November 7th at 6:00 pm, the Art Gallery Show and Sale will be open to the public - in person and online - beginning Saturday, November 14th at 12:00 pm.Schmidt’s Michigan Art Gallery will feature an online gallery tour on our website, www.MichiganArtGallery.com.
Works will be available for purchase via email, contact info@schmidtsantiques.com with inquiries. The exhibition will be available for online and live public viewing beginning on Saturday, November 14th, from 12:00 pm - 5:00 pm, and continue each Saturday through December. Social distancing and masks are required when inside the Gallery.

Perhaps we are missing something here? The decision to not find a reasonable accommodation to interview Kelley seems short sighted and contrary to ensuring the best interests of the schools and our children are given top priority.

I’ll answer then - not everyone. As for the candidate, I agree that the onus is on her to make it to the meeting. Six other candidates have rearranged their schedules to attend, it is not a requirement to give special consideration. Giving her credentials and resume during public comment was a good idea.
