Join us as we welcome Andrea Moon, 4th Degree Black Belt in Japanese Shotokan Karate, as she teaches practical self-defense techniques against various types of attacks. Participants will engage in hands-on practice of multiple evasion and defense techniques in a safe, structured environment.
