In the parable of the Good Samaritan, Jesus teaches what it means to be a (good) neighbor. During this year’s event we will explore this through engaging activities for all generations. Registration link below!
Friday June 26 (6:00 PM – 8:00 PM): Check-in and fun kickoff activities. This year's keepsake is a custom etched water bottle.
Saturday June 27 (Starts at 8:30 AM): Opening devotion, our hands-on service projects (bed building and quilt tying), the ever-popular scavenger hunt, and fellowship followed by lunch at 12:30 PM. Note: All tools, materials, and necessary safety gear will be provided for the build!
Special Weekend Conclusion: Sunday Worship & Study on June 28: We continue our special weekend with Sunday worship at 8:15 AM (Sanctuary) or 11:00 AM (Pavilion). Everyone is invited to our All-Ages Bible Study, which is part of this weekend event as well. It starts with fellowship at 9:30 AM and then the study is at 9:45 AM. Help us bring our weekend to conclusion as we join in learning activities focused on God's call for us to love others as He loves us.
A supervising adult is needed to accompany all children attending the event.
Snacks & lunch will be provided for participants at the event. Please note any dietary restrictions on the registration form.

Sunny, with a high of 94 and low of 61 degrees. Smoky haze in the morning, sunny during the afternoon, patchy rain nearby in the evening, smoky haze overnight.
I’m curious as to why Mr. Marl has announced his reelection intentions, started campaigning and collecting funds, but has not done the paperwork to put his name on the ballot yet?
Marl says he's got his signatures.
Citizens of Saline are finally waking up to all the failures of our current city government. Girbach is bailing (for good reason).
Having sadly been involved in the last few years with the care of two family members after loss of their partners then dealing with settling the estates which is far more time consuming and complex than anticipated, can understand this decision and commend him for prioritizing family.
Sounds as if you have been and are a supporter of Swallow and felt he was good for Saline. Nice to hear. As for the other observations, hopefully some of the turnover, including Girbach deciding not to pursue another term (talk about negative), will prove to produce a more positive environment.
