Saline Police Department Accepts Credit Cards for Some Fines and Fees
The Saline Police Department will begin accepting credit card payments for certain fines and fees.
Police Chief Larry Hrinik said the department will accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express beginning Thursday. Credit card payment will be accepted for breath tests, parking fines, finger prints, FOIA fees, municipal fines and impounding fees.
"It's been a long time coming and we start tomorrow," Hrinik said, adding that the city staff across the hall recently began accepting credit card payment for some services.
Credit card payments will be accepted at the dispatch desk in the main lobby at city hall.
