CORONAVIRUS: One Hospitalization, No Deaths in Today's Washtenaw County Health Department Data
There were no new deaths and one new hospitalization in COVID-19 data updated today by the Washtenaw County Health Department.
The number of deaths remains at 107 while the number of hospitalizations increased to 385.
There were 27 new confirmed cases. A majority of the new cases infected young people. 1,588 Washtenaw residents have now had lab-confirmed cases. The number of recoveries increased by 13 to 1,328.
The number of cases in Saline's 48176 zip code increased by four to 90.
The State of Michigan reported 10 new deaths, bringing the total to 6,015. There were also 610 new confirmed cases.
Michigan did see an increase in hospital inpatient counts yesterday (see chart below) as the number of patients on ventilators fell to a post-peak low (87).

The CDC reported 932 new deaths in America, raising the total to 131,065.
