Bone Heads BBQ Opens in Saline Wednesday

Bone Heads BBQ will open the doors of its Saline location, 1333 E. Michigan Ave., at 11 a.m. Wednesday.

In an interview last year, manager Christy Loeher said the restaurant would be a "self-serve" restaurant with customers ordering their meals at the counter. She said there will be sandwiches, salads and other menu items.
