Farmers Insurance agent Lynn Thomas-Perry secured a $1,500 grant for Saline Area Social Services, to aid in relief efforts directly related to the current COVID-19 crisis.
“As a Farmers agent, it’s a privilege to be able to do my part in helping communities in which we live, work and play with the continued support from Farmers Insurance,” said Thomas-Perry. “During these extraordinary times, I’m proud to help support a deserving nonprofit with a grant that will enable them to continue to rise to the challenge of battling this pandemic.”
A key component of Thomas-Perry’s years of training and experience is the commitment she feels for the community of Saline, which she serves on a daily basis.

Patchy rain nearby, with a high of 44 and low of 35 degrees. Overcast in the morning, patchy rain nearby in the afternoon, sunny in the evening, overcast overnight.
Nice idea. Thank you to the kids who support this. Seems a bit of diversity in the make-up of the kids leading the group would go a long way to making "everyone" feel welcome. Sadly, not seeing it, at least in what is presented here.
Awful, racist perspective. There is nothing wrong with the "make-up" of these four kids.
Not saying there is anything wrong with those four kids. Really appreciate what they are doing and think it is great. Hardly find it racist to think having folks representative of other "groups" leading the group would go even further to making everyone feel welcome.
