Friday's Movie In the Park Activities Delayed 90 Minutes Due to Heat

With an excessive heat warning in effect, Saline Recreation has decided to delay Movie In the Park activities at Mill Pond Park for 90 minutes on Friday.

Activities will begin at 8 p.m. instead of 6:30 p.m. The movie, Incredibles 2, begins at 9:45 p.m.

Families participating in the campout can begin set up, as scheduled, at 5 p.m.

Activities include:

• 9 square in the air.
• The bounce house.
• Baggo.
• Gaga ball.
• Facepainting (by Fellowship Baptist Church).
• Free sno cones.

Temperatures are expected to reach 96 degrees Friday afternoon and 97 degrees Saturday.
