Hornet Sports Physicals Offered June 4 at Saline Middle School

Saline Sports Medicine, in conjunction with Dr. Corey Dean and staff from St. Joseph Mercy Neighborhood Family Health Center, is excited to announce upcoming sports physicals to be held at Saline Middle School gymnasium on June 4, from 6-8 pm.  See below for details! 

Important info

When: June 4, from 6-8 p.m.

Where: Saline Middle School gymnasium 

Who: Athletes in need of a sports physical for the 2018-19 school year (required for all Saline athletes)

What to bring: Completed MHSAA Physical Form (excluding exam portion)
Forms available in the athletic/main office at the high school, main office at the middle school, or visit salinehornets.com to download forms

Cost: $30 (cash or check made payable to Saline Area Schools)
