The Saline Athletics soccer programs present Junior Hornet Soccer Camp, from 5:30 to 8:30 p.m., May 5, at Hornet Stadium.
Experience training, conditioning and playing with the Hornets' coaching staff and players. The camp is for boys and girls in grades 1-8, and includes training and conditioning, tactical drills, and more.
Attendees will receive a t-shirt. Any kids wearing the t-shirt will be granted free entry to the Saline High School girls' soccer game May 21, where the junior Hornets will be honored at halftime. Cost is $15.
Proceeds fund the Saline High School Scholarship Program.

Nice idea. Thank you to the kids who support this. Seems a bit of diversity in the make-up of the kids leading the group would go a long way to making "everyone" feel welcome. Sadly, not seeing it, at least in what is presented here.
Awful, racist perspective. There is nothing wrong with the "make-up" of these four kids.
Not saying there is anything wrong with those four kids. Really appreciate what they are doing and think it is great. Hardly find it racist to think having folks representative of other "groups" leading the group would go even further to making everyone feel welcome.
