Carol Watkins, 88, Enjoyed Spending Time With Family, Square Dancing and Playing Cards
Carol A. Watkins, 88 of Saline passed away peacefully on Sunday, September 23, 2018.
Carol was born January 31, 1930 to the late Norton Eugene Grannis and Elva Ada (Hooker) Grannis.
On November 2, 1946 she married the love of her life, Vann A. Watkins who preceded her in death. She was preceded in death by one infant son, Rick Watkins and survived by four other children, Michael (Karen) Watkins of Cypress Texas, David Watkins, Pamela (Martin) Mager of Saline, Susan (Glenn) Guenther of Saline; ten grandchildren, and eleven great-grandchildren.
She enjoyed spending time with her family, square dancing, and playing cards. She attended Saline Assembly of God for over 45 years.
Visitation will be held on Friday, September 28 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Robison-Bahnmiller Funeral Home in Saline. Funeral services will be held on Saturday, September 29, 2018 at 11:00 AM at First Assembly of God in Saline with a viewing starting at 10:00 AM. Her son-in-law, Rev. Jason Forsman, will be officiating the service. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Arbor Hospice, or Youth Alive (J. Forsman), Account #204293, 2445 N.
