Senator Rebekah Warren (D–Ann Arbor) will be meeting with residents next Tuesday, Nov. 14th from 8:30-9:30 a.m. at Pittsfield Township Hall to discuss current issues in the legislature — with discussion topics including a Senate Concurrent Resolution to encourage the Department of Natural Resources to establish a formal Water Trail Program and State Water Trail Designation Program, recent legislation that would allow charter schools to receive funding from future regional enhancement millages (SB 574), and several bills that propose changes to our state’s current no-fault auto insurance system — along with the most effective ways citizens can advocate for change on important public issues.
Sen. Warren represents citizens living in the cities of Ann Arbor, Milan, Saline and Ypsilanti, as well as the townships of Ann Arbor, Augusta, Pittsfield, Salem, Superior, York and Ypsilanti.
