Up to 200 kids and their families are expected.
At 7:30 p.m., Dr. Rob Borer will announce the winners of the scarecrow contest.
At 7:45 p.m., Mark Hensel will announce the winner of the best decorated trunk (as per the voting of the kids).

The implication that the Clerk has done something improper is ludicrous, unfounded, and damaging to the cohesiveness of the community. It is also pure Girbach. And, financial benefit to the family member? Please.
