JOB DUTIES:

• Daily cleaning and upkeep of common areas on all floors throughout the day, including restrooms, laundry room, library, trash rooms (trash removal), hallways, community room and offices
• Knowledge of basic plumbing and electrical, painting, drywall, and carpentry preferred
• Experience in apartment maintenance preferred
• HVAC knowledge is a plus
• Other duties as assigned

This is part-time position (32 hours per week with benefits after 90 days of employment)
