Chair Exercise Class - Free

Join us for video-led chair exercise classes to be held on M/W/F at 4:30 pm in the gym at The Assembly Saline.  Classes will run from February 6 through May 24.  Bring your own hand weights or even a couple bottles of water to use as weights. Laugh with us, sweat with us, groan with us...and form friendships as we do LIFE together!
