The Memory Cafe is a social event for persons living with the brain changes of dementia, and their care partners. Enjoy meeting new friends, listening to storytelling, and doing some fun creative activities, socially distanced and following all Covid-19 safety guidelines. Light refreshments. This did not have to happen. In past shutdowns, when we had experienced and knowledgeable people in government positions who actually cared about the American people, advance plans were made to ensure funding for this (and other key programs) was in place before the shutdown.
