Join local artist Carol Morris to learn about Altered Books, and art form that turns discarded books into pieces of art with paint, collage, cutting, tearing, and altering the books appearance. You'll also create your own Altered Book! We ask that you bring a book to alter (hard-bounds are best), but some discarded books will be available if needed. Feel free to bring personal photos, images, and fragments to embellish your book. Art supplies will be available at the workshop as well.
