Join Sound Therapist, Rob Meyer-Kukan, for this introduction to sound therapy workshop, playshop, and sound bath.
In this workshop we will explore how healing with sound works. Participants will learn the basics of sound, the history of sound therapy, the tools used in sound therapy (specifically Himalayan singing bowls, crystal bowls, and gongs), and the applications for group and individual use of sound therapy.
Come and learn the therapeutic and balancing effect of sound therapy using techniques for on and off the body.
Participants will be given an opportunity to "try out" the array of instruments at 7 Notes Natural Health.
Our time together will include a sound bath meditation with Rob. The sound meditation will take you to a place of deep relaxation to help release stress, renew, relax and rejuvenate your body, mind, and spirit.
Participants should bring a yoga mat, blanket, bolster or pillow and eye cover/eye pillow.

Moderate rain, with a high of 74 and low of 57 degrees. Partly Cloudy in the morning, patchy rain nearby in the afternoon, sunny in the evening, clear overnight.
Typical that our police chief is unresponsive.
Yet more incompetent officials appointed by our self serving mayor and his kangaroo court of city council! This city is going to **** in a hand basket!
Very sad the blowback at individuals who just about volunteer their time (they are paid next to nothing) for the Township.
No one’s saying these aren’t nice people. But, Change is good. The township could probably use a fresh perspective from the next generation of residents. Nice or not, they failed the residents; not one single resident wants this data center except the people who sold the land.
Respectfully disagree. They did consult with attorneys and experts and understood as is sadly the case that fighting it would only result in costly litigation that drained the Township financial resources only to come to the same result.
