The parents are upset that the school self reported this rule violation to the MHSAA during the season.
The school system had reason to suspect there was an issue and had an obligation to investigate, even if the student's mother per does not like that fact, even if the student was purple with green ears.
It will be interesting to learn the facts in this situation. I feel for the student/athlete involved as well as his teammates.
