Join yoga instructor Jo Ann Yates for yoga stretching and a walk.

This 3-week class series will take place outside*, so bring a water bottle to stay hydrated, and wear comfortable clothing and walking shoes. You will want to layer up your clothing because we do walk into the woods, stopping at different locations to practice Yoga stretches and breathing poses. This 60-minute class promises to be meditative and very refreshing.
Please meet at the new pavilion located by the back parking lot.
