Grief Share Sessions Thursdays, May 29 to August 28, 6:30 to 8:30
Being separated from a loved one can be one of the most difficult and devastating times of life. During these times we may feel extremely overwhelmed and may wonder if joy will ever return to our life.
But there is hope. The Grief Share ministry offers support, encouragement and guidance through this difficult time. Using a Biblical approach to grief, along with video comments from people who have walked through times of grief, and from experts who help provide the bigger picture of how to best navigate grief, and being together with others who are making this difficult journey, we find reliable guidance and encouragement.
There are 13 2-hour sessions in each Grief Share series. Each session explores a different aspect of grief. Participants are encouraged to attend at least 3 sessions to make sure that the sessions are helpful for them. The sessions do not have to be viewed in order.
Christ Our King, 3255 Saline Waterworks Road, Saline, Michigan, is hosting the series which will be held each Thursday evening, 6:30 to 8:30, from May 29 to August 28 (except for July 3). The sessions will be held in Room 12. Please enter the church through the double doors on the East side of the building, across from the playground equipment.
It is helpful to preregister for the series by going to www.griefshare.org and select “Find a Group”. Enter the Saline zip code, 48176. Then complete the registration information under Christ Our King. However, preregistration is not required.
Feel free to contact Pastor Don at 734.355.0662 for more information.

And yet we need a lazy river, gathering places and other unnecessary things??? The city can’t supply us with clean water and now maybe no water at all. How does this even make any sense? City Government continues to fail Saline taxpayers! Maybe we need to hire more consultants and spend even more money 🤪.
Not a great situation and not mad at the City. City administrators have done their job. Well 7 was introduced and under construction to meet the needs of the City.
You obviously think the city bears no responsibility ever for anything! That’s ok. You can continue to point fingers, deny accountability and make excuses but what I know is that when I pay my water bill it’s made out to “The City of Saline” so as far as I’m concerned the buck ultimately stops there!
Moderate rain, with a high of 81 and low of 62 degrees. Overcast in the morning, sunny in the afternoon and evening, overcast overnight.
So has the rec center been included in reducing water usage? How about the 4 car wash businesses?
I would like to hear more about that point. Seems very valid . I assume they are clear to use as much as they wish while we are told to use less.
The rec center sent out emails asking members to take either brief showers or wait until they get home.
Look into the negative environmental impact and how this will increase our utility bills. Farm land is precious especially considering how much has already been sold and developed into non agricultural land. This is blatantly wrong for everyone. Saline Township MUST VOTE THIS DOWN. IT’s NOT ALWAYS ABOUT THE MONEY!
Things like the data center are minimal impact and the least of our worries regarding loss of farmland. Just over seven months into 2025, farmers are literally dumping their crops because there is no one to sell them to. Why?
It’s not worth it. We must not allow the data center
