Due to a sold-out session in May, we’re bringing back our “Michigan Beauty” painting! If you missed it last time, now’s your chance to join in.
We’ll be painting a scene celebrating our beautiful state of Michigan—a charming lighthouse framed by the branches of the majestic white pine, our state tree and the inspiration behind our name! It would make a charming addition to your home, office, or up north cottage! No painting experience necessary.
Bring a friend—or make a new one—and enjoy an evening of creativity and relaxation!

Bob was a man of integrity and charity. He will be missed. Rest in peace.
Sunny, with a high of 80 and low of 55 degrees. Sunny during the morning, overcast in the afternoon, clear overnight.
It’s so disappointing when a non-partisan election receives partisan support for a candidate(s). It hasn’t always been this way. I remember the day when no one knew or cared what political party a school board candidate was associated with. Those were the days!
The important notes are that both candidates for Mayor align themselves as Democrats, so no Republican voice will be in the Mayor's Office. Is that a good thing or bad thing?
Both Mark and foreman have never showed their faces at a township meeting in support of their residents. Other communities leaders have.
The Saline Post’s account of the mayor’s coffee hour leaves out important context, and I want to set the record straight.
I was at this event. I have audio of it. You did not ask that direct question. You accused her of saying that she would not attend the meetings. She corrected you in saying that is not at all what she said. You argued back with her that she stated the people had to come to her. That is also not what she said.
