Join us for a fun and creative evening making an original clay trivet using the sgraffito technique!

Sgraffito is a decorative method where designs are carved through a colored glaze to reveal the clay beneath, resulting in beautiful, one-of-a-kind surface patterns. In this workshop, each participant will design and carve a 6x6-inch ceramic tile of their own design. A metal frame will be provided to complete your trivet, making it a functional and artistic addition to your home—or a perfect handmade gift! The finished piece will be approximately 8x8 inches.A limited assortment of design ideas will be available should you need a little inspiration to get started. No experience necessary.
