Countdown to Oktoberbest: Reason #3 -- You Gotta Have Art!
The Countdown to Oktoberfest and Harvest of the Arts Continues. Today's reason to come to Downtown Saline this weekend? The Harvest of the Arts Fine Art Fair is presented by the Saline Downtown Merchants Association and runs on Saturday, Sept. 29 from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. with over 40 Juried Fine Art Booths lining the streets of historic downtown Saline. The Two Twelve Arts Center’s Inspiration Station features a hands-on art project for adults. This year's project is paper bead necklaces.
Best of all, there's no charge!
Saline High Schools’ South & West Consortium Culinary Arts Department will hold its annual bake sale near the Art Fair booth area. A local music stage adds to the Art Fair merriment.
