Saline rebounded Monday at the East Lansing Invitational at Walnut Hills Country Club, where the team came in tied for fourth out of the 21 teams. White led the team with a 78. Cruze followed with a 91. Rasmussen had a personal best 94 to tie Kellstrom for third best score on the team. Antonelli shot a 98 which didn't count for the day. The Hornets shot a 357, improving 40 shots from Saturday.

"I was pleased with the girls' play today after a poor showing Saturday. Emily started slowly today but shot a 36 on the front nine (her second nine) with two birdies to turn her round around," said Betsy French, coach of the Saline golf team. "Lauren's 94 is very exciting because she has been hitting the ball well, just not scoring. To have another player with the ability to shoot in the 90s gives much more depth to the team as the fourth scorer is often the deciding score in a tournament."

Saline continues SEC play against Ann Arbor Huron on Wednesday at Eagle Crest Golf Club.
