Summerfest Continues Saturday

Rainy weather did little to dampen spirits at Saline Summerfest Friday.

The annual summer event, deemed Saline's family reunion by Mayor Gretchen Driskell, continues Saturday with a day full of events for people of all ages. Here's the schedule for Saturday.

7 a.m. -8:15 a.m. 5K Run Walk Registration Tent @ Saline City Hall

7:30 a.m. - 8 a.m. Kids' Fishing Contest Registration

8 a.m. - 2 p.m. Farmers' Market The Farmers Market is relocated for one day only during Summerfest to Parking Lot #2 on E. Henry Street, 1/2 Block East of S. Ann Arbor Street.

8 a.m. - 10 a.m. Saline Firefighter Pancake Breakfast, at the Fire hall

8 p.m. - 4 p.m. Merchant and Vendor Booth

8 a.m. - 10 a.m. Fishing Contest @ Mill Pond Park  Children 14 and Under

8:30 a.m. -10 a.m. 5K Run Walk

8 a.m. - 4 p.m. Saline Street Machines Car Show Awards @ 3:00p.m.
