Saline's Biggby Franchise for Sale

Saline's Biggby Coffee franchise is listed for sale. The business, located at 6961 E. Michigan Ave., in Pittsfield Township, is listed for $140,000. According to the the broker, all offers are subject to Biggby Franchise approval. A $15,000 franchise fee is also payable to Biggby Franchise. 

According to the broker, the 3,000-square-foot restaurant has seating for 30-35 people and has an experienced staff in place to help a new owner run the store.

Jeannine Mickeleit opened the Saline Biggby in April of 2011. It was her third store.

For a time, Biggby was considered one of the fastest-growing coffee chains in America, but three restaurants have closed in Ann Arbor since 2015.

Mickeleit was also owner of Sugar and Spice Salon in Saline, which abruptly closed its doors in 2016.
