Restorative Sound Bath

Chair Yoga instructor, Kip Cronk, and John of 22 Lunar invite you to let go of the holiday stress and join in on a unique relaxation experience; joining in together gentle restorative yoga, healing from rare crystal bowls, and music from around the world. The gentle yoga poses allow your muscles, ligaments, and tendons to stretch while the vibrations from the crystal bowls penetrate into your cells, allowing you to relax even more into the poses. This restores your body deeply and peacefully. In addition, the practice will help to relieve stress, deepen the breath, and calm the soul. No experience is necessary. You will finish the experience feeling renewed and refreshed. 

Not feeling up to yoga, but want to experience the sound therapy? Yoga is optional! You can choose to lay on the floor or sit in a chair. Bring a pillow, yoga mat, and blanket.
