Singers from Saline High School and Saline Middle School performed Tuesday evening when the Saline Area Schools Music Department presented the Fall Choir Concert in the Ellen Ewing Performing Arts Center at Saline High School.
The concert featured performances by the Girls' Choir, the Seventh Grade Choir, the Eighth Grade Choir, Hornet Harmonies, the SHS Concert Choir, Colla Voce, The Ten Tones, the SHS Chamber Choir and the combined choirs.
They were directed by SHS Choir Director Sarah Price and SMS Choir Director Eric Floetke, as well as student teacher Bailey Shepherd. SHS Accompanist Dolly Collins and SMS Accompanist Carolyn Dicks played with the choirs.
Following the show, the crowd poured out into the hallway where they enjoyed goods baked by Chef Musto's culinary arts students.
Price said she was impressed by how well the choirs performed after less than two months of school.
"It's going to be a wonderful year of making great musical memories together," Price said.
