Saline Office Building On the Market for $1.5 Million

The City of Saline's largest office building is for sale. Colliers International listed 182-194 S. Industrial Dr., for $1.5 million.

The two-story, 25,500 square-foot brick building was constructed in 2006 and has a parking lot with 96 spaces.

According to Loopnet, MRPR, an accounting and business advisory firm, rents 6,000 square feet in the building. In 2017, MRPR CPAs and Advisors, of Southfield, merged with Rhoades, Doehrer & Associates, owned by Kim Rhoades,  Roger Doehrer, and William Rittinger.

The property is owned by Hallmark Properties LLC. Doehrer is listed as the resident agent for the corporation.
