Joan Bradshaw, age 88, formerly of Saline, Michigan, passed away peacefully on Tuesday, August 11, 2026, at Serene Gardens in Hartland, Michigan.
Joan was born on July 28, 1938, in Flint, Michigan. She was preceded in death by her beloved husband, Jesse Bradshaw Jr., whose loving partnership she cherished throughout their life together and whose memory she carried close to her heart every day they were apart.
She was also preceded in death by her parents, Jay and Ruth Hamm, and her brother, John Hamm.
Joan lived in Saline before retiring to Englewood, Florida. In her later years, she returned to Michigan and made her home in Hartland. She worked for many years at Xerox, later known as University Microfilms.
Joan will be remembered for the love she shared with her family, the special memories she created, and the lasting place she holds in the hearts of all who knew her.
She is lovingly survived by her children, Debra Farneth (Mark), Richard Bradshaw (former wife, Luanne), Kathy Guenther (Randy), and Brian Bradshaw (Peggy); nine grandchildren; and seven great-grandchildren. She also leaves behind many extended family members and friends who will miss her dearly.
Though she will be deeply missed, Joan's love and memory will live on through the family she cherished. It is a comfort to those who knew her to imagine her now reunited with Jesse once more.
In accordance with Joan’s wishes, no services will be held.
