Lived here for over 3 decades and always enjoy passing out the treats to the kids, socializing with neighbors and gratefully seeing SPD patrols out insuring safety for children and families.
This year there was NO POLICE presence at all in my south side neighborhood. Not even one RMP ???
Taxes and utility rates keep going up. Service keeps going down.
