The Amazing Race is a local road rally (scavenger hunt), where teams solve clues, hunt for locations and landmarks, and compete to be the first team to complete the course. This year the event will feature an in-person scavenger hunt with clue locations that provide ample space for teams to social distance. At the final destination, you will enjoy a post-race party, tailgate-style, where teams will have the option to grab food-to-go or enjoy music, prizes, refreshments, a costume and car decorating contest, and a raffle at their cars with a safe distance from others. It’s a great adventure that is fun for all ages!
All proceeds remain local at the CSC of Greater Ann Arbor and are used to provide free cancer support, education, and hope to all people affected by cancer, including loved ones and children. For more information about the Amazing Race, contact the Cancer Support Community at 734-975-2500 or info@cancersupportannarbor.org.

Light freezing rain, with a high of 26 and low of 15 degrees. Overcast for the morning, light freezing rain in the afternoon, light snow during the evening, partly cloudy overnight.
I have to commend the Saline City manager and engineer for keeping their cool and for their professionalism during the three hour Mill Pond Dam town hall meeting.
I think what's insulting is that the city is bloating the numbers to bolster their case.
Logically, the dam has no practical use. Of course, it's going to cost more. Of course, there's a level of risk there. Of course, over some period of time, it's going to cost more to maintain than a stream.
Life cycle cost analysis is certainly appropriate when considering new assets, but it may not be as appropriate when evaluating existing assets.
