Tina Blanchard, 51, Mother of 3, Was Loyal Busch's Employee

On August 13, 2013, Tina Marie Blanchard – loving mother, wife, daughter, sister and friend – finally found peace. She passed quietly in her home in Ann Arbor, Michigan. She was 51.

Tina Marie Perry was born on June 16, 1962, in Toledo, Ohio, to the late Stanley Perry and Linda Mattoni. Tina went to Start High School in Toledo and attended Stautzenberger Business School. Tina moved to Ypsilanti after school and was a loyal employee at Busch’s Food Markek for over 15 years. She bravely persevered through a lifetime of disability.

Through it all her love of life, vitality and spunk, sense of humor, and often blunt honesty were an inspiration to all that knew her. She will be sorely missed and never forgotten.

She leaves behind three children, Paul Rowlands, 23, Laura Rowlands, 21, and Michael Rowlands, 20, and their father Gil. She is survived by her loving husband Benjamin Blanchard, and his sister and her husband Julie and Rory Ericksen, and sister Liz Blanchard. She is also survived by her mother Linda, stepfather Tom Hodge, and brothers Riley and Christian, and his wife and adoring niece Alexa Hodge, 3. Last but not least, she is survived by her faithful animal friends Abby the parrot and Tweety and Ruthio the cockatiels.

Details on the memorial service are still being finalized. Please contact a family member for more information.
