Emagine Entertainment, Inc. announced today that it has begun construction on its 10th luxury theatre in Saline, Michigan.  The 54,000 square foot facility will be home to an ultra-luxurious state-of-the-art 9-screen movie theatre.  This will be Emagine’s first foray into the Washtenaw County market.

Emagine Saline will feature 1,000 seats in 9 beautiful, state-of-the-art auditoriums equipped with Christie 4K DLP Digital Cinema projectors, spectacular Dolby sound systems, and plush powered reclining chairs separated by a full 7 feet of row spacing.  All auditoriums will be handicapped-accessible and equipped with assistive devices for both seeing and hearing impaired guests.

Emagine Saline is scheduled to open in February of 2017.

Paul Glantz, Co-Founder and CEO of Emagine Entertainment, Inc., said: “We are absolutely ecstatic about introducing a gorgeous new state-of-the-art entertainment venue to the moviegoers of Saline and its surrounding areas.  The metropolitan Ann Arbor market values the Emagine experience and we are going to bring it home to them.”

"Quite frankly, I am thrilled to welcome Emagine Theaters to the Saline community. I am proud to say that I have been a patron of this great Michigan company for some time and I have no doubt that they will become one of the most valued and recognized members of our already outstanding business community. This new investment will benefit our area in innumerable ways and I wish Emagine Theaters the very best as they continue work on their first Washtenaw County location." commented Saline Mayor Brian Marl.

Emagine Saline will serve the upscale consumers of Saline and nearby communities seeking the most lavish moviegoing experience in the marketplace.  Located at the intersection of E. Michigan Avenue and Industrial Drive, it is easily accessible to the greater Ann Arbor area. In fact, it is situated less than 8 miles (a 15 minute drive) from Downtown Ann Arbor and it is a mere 4.6 miles west of U.S. 23 making it an easy trip for most everyone in Washtenaw County.

“From the moment you enter the venue, you will see and feel the difference.  We are confident that we are building the movie theatre of the future where guests can enjoy a film in an environment that is as comfortable as their own living room, but with a wonderful difference; Emagine team members will serve you and take care of the clean-up.  The movie-goers of Washtenaw County are in for exemplary entertainment experience” said Glantz.

With the addition of Emagine Saline, Gray Woods Management, Inc. – the shared services provider for Emagine theatres will operate 113 movie screens at ten locations.
