As many as 15 law enforcement officials descended upon a Lewis Street home Tuesday morning to serve a search warrant.
Saline Police Sgt. Jay Basso said Saline Police were on hand to assist a multi-agency effort. Basso added that he couldn’t reveal details about the investigation.
“We were there as an outside agency assisting. I can say that it was a computer crimes unit with law enforcement representation from Wayne County, Washtenaw County, Michigan State Police and the FBI,” Basso said.
The warrant was served at a home on the 300 block of Lewis Street.
Basso said no arrests were made. He said the large police presence was standard operating procedure.
