Heritage Elementary School Student Leadership President, Nathanyel Sarment, called Heritage students to action, asking them to donate their Halloween candy to Soldiers' Angels Treats for Troops.

In the picture above, the fifth grade student is pictured with assistant principal Alex Schukow and principal Laura Washington and all the candy they collected.

Soldiers’ Angels provided over $15 million in aid to over 360,000 service members, veterans, wounded heroes, and military families. At Halloween, the organization collects candy and delivers it to troops and veterans.
