Ford Motor Company paid the boosters $20 for every person who test drove a Briarwood Ford vehicle at the event, held at Harvest Elementary School. Thursday, Steven Whitener, owner of Briarwood Ford, presented the Saline Music Boosters officers Tammy McClellan and Heidi Pfannes with a check for $5,820.
Last Thursday, Ford Motor Company presented owners Steve Whitener and Eddie Hall with the President's Award – which goes to the top dealerships in the country. Starting June 20, the Briarwood Ford will undergo its first major remodeling since the company moved from downtown Saline to its Pittsfield Township location in January of 1988.
The Rentschler Farm is having a party! A 150th birthday party for one of Michigan’s most influential men: Henry Ford. The celebration will have an antique car show featuring some of Henry Ford Motor Company’s earliest treasures of Models T, A, B, and early Ford V-8 cars and tractors. There will also be an interactive and historical performance by Russell Dore, who will portray Henry Ford himself. This special event is great for all ages.
